I so wish I had been with the kiddos today. Look at how happy they are! Instead I lounged around the pool here, did some laundry and read Catching Fire. I also picked up a wicked sunburn from my last 45 min outside later this afternoon. I did not think about sitting in front of the lobby windows, but I'm sure the reflection is what kicked up my burn. My shoulders are on fire, but no blistering yet. I think this is a good sign. Hopefully by tomorrow it won't be so hot and if I do peel it'll be next week when I'm home and I can deal with looking like a snake shedding it's skin.
5 more sleeps in TX, 1 in IA and then I'm home!!
