Final Friday

Whoa!  Just WHOA!

That baby up there, she rocks my world!  And she got another tooth cut through today.  That's 2 in the last 8 days I've been gone.  Girlfriend needs to slow down!

Well today was my final day in my current job.  Such an odd feeling, 9 yrs of my life can be summarized in two words, crazy and gone.  What a whirlwind of fun, craziness, sadness, hard work and even harder playing/partying.  I'm glad I can say I did it, I survived and now I'm ready for some normal.

Today also wrapped up my claims in NY, now it's onto NJ.  So far I have 7 to work and that may be all I get.   I hope my boss is right that I can go home when I'm done.  Rumor is some of us might keep on moving from NJ to PA.  I do NOT want to work every single state that Sandy hit.  I really don't.  Right now I'm at 3, you could say 4 since I've helped Clint in MD a ton too.  I really think that's enough.

Tonight I called the front desk for a pizza recommendation; no Pizza Hut or even Domino's round these parts!  They referred me to Capri Pizza and it's freaking amazing!  I mean it.  I inhaled my first piece of chicken ranch pizza I barely tasted it.  Now I have over half of it left, now way to keep it or reheat it.  It makes me so sad!  BUT the highlight is I can order again, next time getting the individual size and maybe some pasta.  They had so many choices!  Right now I've got two bread knots and a massive started salad for tomorrow.  Plus a piece of cheesecake that is just waiting for me to devour it.

Tomorrow I'm going to drive down to dirty Jersey and see my peeps.  I'm having lunch with my Colleen and I can hardly wait.  We have lots to talk about in our 9 days out here!  Sunday it's going to be a trip to a fantastic outlet mall and the Hamptons.  I've got to do my research about what town I want to go to.  It's nice to have some fun to look forward to after a very long week.
