• I've had a very uneventful weekend and I'm ok with that
• I had a great dinner with my BFF last night.  Great food and conversation always makes both of us feel better.  We even convinced the bartender to make us Pop my Cherry drinks.  Delish!
• This whole busted natural gas pipeline business in Canada really has me pissed.  I am so damn cold I'm about to put gloves on to watch TV in my living room, with my electric blanket on.  XCEL can suck it tomorrow.  I refuse to work this cold.  Plus I only set my thermostat to 65 not 70+ like a lot of people I know.
• My man still hasn't made me overly happy this weekend.  At least I know he's home, and he's talking to me.  Still not making me much of a priority and that's very disappointing.
• I'm really struggling with being everyone's sounding board.  I feel like this happens about this time every year and I fight it every year.  I'm trying to just be a listener and not solve everything for everyone.  I don't know that it's really helping, but I'm trying.  Being a grown up sucks for everyone at some point, you suck it up and move on is the best advice I can give.  Nothing too good or too bad lasts for too long!
• I'm so desperate for football to still be on I'm watching the ProBowl.  I tried to watch the Grammy's but I'm too old for that shit.
• time to snuggle deep into this couch and think warm thoughts.
