A wonderful weekend

Shoveling with Grampa, cause she's 2 now and can do manual labor

Chillin out, maxin' relaxin' all cool . . .

  • These kiddos are melting my heart, on a daily basis.  The littlest one loves Dora pudding and calls me Bibby and waves at me over the phone.  The other two, sing to me classics from my youth.  It makes me melt!
  • After a pretty rough ride home on Friday morning I made it home and spent it blissed out with my man.  We went out on Friday evening and saw Anchorman 2, it's funny and I'm sure we laughed through some good parts.  Yesterday was him studying, me cleaning and a trip to Target and a new phone.  Today football, food, and lots of cuddles.  I hate having to go back to reality.
  • Tomorrow it's back to Appleton and Manitowoc for a couple days of inspections.  I'm not sure I'm in love with all of this travel but it does keep me occupied.
  • I'm really struggling with getting back to the diet and exercise, I've put on almost all the weight i lost last spring and I'm bummed out.  I have 6 weeks to my section meeting and even getting down 10 lbs would make a difference in the clothes I want to wear.
  • I also have the same 6 weeks to pass 2 exams if I can.  It's a good thing my man has to study because apparently I will be too.
  • I really hate being a grown up some days.  Why can't I just be fat and lazy and not care about being the best or getting a promotion.  Dammit for having goals!
